About Us
Mr & Mrs Dinesen purchased Manor Farm, Woodmancott from Winchester College back in the early 70s and have been farming there ever since. In 1984 they saw a market for growing Christmas Trees in the UK and began growing Nordmann Fir and Norway Spruce trees. They expanded the business in the early 90s to over 300 acres of Christmas Tree production and today sell around 75,000 Nordmann Fir each year to the retail market nationwide.
In January 2020 our main office moved up to Woodmancott and we re-branded to “Woodmann Trees”.
Over the years Woodmann Trees has built up a wealth of knowledge and experience within the Industry and we are one of the largest growers and wholesale suppliers of UK grown Christmas Trees in Southern England.
Today, the Estate is owned and run by Mrs Dinesen with the support of Nigel Cronshaw and a small team of full time and casual staff. Seasonal labour is employed during the Christmas Tree Harvesting Campaign during November and December each year.
